The Cottage Box flower arrangement was purchased online for family in their celebration of Nowruz (Persian New Year) - the presence of hyacinths was important. The initial arrangement lacked this bloom. After a polite conversational exchange with the florist, a hyacinth arrangement was delivered when the flower became available. I appreciate the customer service troubleshooting.
