I was very impressed by how they handled a mistake I made. I accidentally used an old address of a friend and they discovered the error and quickly addressed the problem and “redelivered” the flowers to the correct house. Very impressed!

This florist is in a new town for my daughter, so I had to go with my instincts and glad I did! My daughter said they are so beautiful and that it was such a special surprise! Thank you so much Chealsey for making their day a little brighter on a tough day. Also my daughter said, I will definitely use this florist in the future! Great customer service and beautiful flowers!
