This is by far the best experience I've had with a florist. (1) After submitting my order, I made a correction to the timing of delivery via email. Kelley responded quickly and kindly to assure me my request would be met. (2) I received a phone call when the flowers were about to be delivered (unfortunately I don't remember the woman's name, but she was very sweet). (3) I received ANOTHER phone call right after delivery to report that my recipient had been home and she loved the flowers! (4) My recipient RAVED about how gorgeous the flowers were. I wish I lived closer so I could order from Purely Floral all the time!!! And I wish I could give them like 573895473 stars instead of just 5. Love you guys!!!

I sent a thanksgiving arrangement to my in-laws, since I couldn’t be with them this year. The flowers turned out gorgeous and my family loved them. I will definitely order from Purely Floral again!
