I ordered flowers recently and while the initial arrangement wasn’t exactly what I had envisioned, Kelley went above and beyond to make it right. Kelley personally reached out, apologized sincerely, and quickly offered a replacement. It’s rare to find that level of care and commitment to making sure their customers are satisfied. I will definitely be ordering from Purely Floral again!

Our friend recently lost their beloved dog. I decided to find a florist in her area and saw that this place had good ratings. Ordering online was easy. We wanted a vibrant arrangement versus a sad funeral vibe. This was so beautiful. The actual arrangement that arrived exceeded our expectations. So fresh and just gorgeous. We were glad that the beauty of this bouquet gave them some respite from sadness.
