After having just become a new grandma, I ordered flowers through 1-800-Flowers well in advance of the delivery date, and was assured on the proper date that they had been delivered, except that they were not. I had to “speak” to a computer, which could not resolve my issue. When a “chat” also failed, I canceled the order and ordered from Purely Floral, based on their great reviews. I cannot thank this outfit enough for the superb job they did. They were able to send the flowers the same day—the day of the “homecoming”—which was important to me. They were very professional, helpful, and friendly and kept me informed of every step, by text and phone. I was delighted when I learned that the flowers had been delivered, but then I realized to my horror that I had made an error in the house number (my son and his family had only recently moved there) and the flowers had been left at another house. I contacted the store immediately, and they went above and beyond their duty to send the bouquet to the correct address. To say that I am grateful is an understatement. I greatly appreciate the excellent service I received. I would like to thank the store for contacting me by phone (instead of letting me talk to a computer) and by seeing to it personally that the mistake I had made was corrected, even though it was not their problem. The flowers arrived very fresh, and the bouquet is gorgeous. I will definitely order flowers from Purely Floral again!
